She has been to Italy more than a dozen times, lived in Rome for a semester, and has developed a passion for Italian food. Emily went Rome to study art and ended up spending her time mapping the city by its specialty shops. She continues to be obsessed with procuring the best of the essentials for the Piazza inventory.
