about us

Pelican Service Partners is a technology solutions, IT managed services, and AI advisory firm built specifically for field service operators and innovative small businesses. We resell, implement, optimize, and manage software across your entire IT stack—including CRM, FSM, productivity, cybersecurity, telephony, and payroll. Founded by former operators, our core mission is simple: eliminate administrative friction, boost efficiency, and give leadership their time back. We continuously evaluate cutting-edge artificial intelligence to deploy practical tools in real-world settings. In today's software-dense market, we believe the role of the traditional IT MSP must evolve—moving beyond basic maintenance to become a true, operations-first partner while keeping your core cybersecurity rock-solid.
