The Role:
We are looking for a seasoned professional who can hit the ground running. We handle residential / commercial real estate closings and have an opening for Settlement Agent. Our main goal is providing an exceptional, white-glove experience for lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers. The position’s focus is to anticipate client needs, provide timely updates, and build lasting industry relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

• Software: Utilize our Qualia software to its fullest potential .

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven track record as a Title Professional.
• Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience and proficiency using Qualia software is desired.
• Work Style: Ability to thrive and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with a dedication to delivering a premium client experience.
