Working Foreman

Job Description

Are you a master of your craft who knows how to lead from the front? We are an award-winning construction company seeking a highly skilled Working Foreman. • Project Intelligence: Read/interpret building plans and develop accurate material lists (take-offs).

  • Versatility: Lead projects ranging from luxury kitchen and bath remodels and additions to full-scale new construction.

Requirements

  • Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of carpentry principles, framing, and interior/exterior trim.

  • Independence: The ability to look at a work order or sketch and execute it without constant hand-holding.

  • Professionalism: A tidy appearance, a positive attitude, and the communication skills to interact with high-end clients.

  • Logistics: Must own your own tools, have reliable transportation, and be able to pass a background check.
