Event Description The Talbot County Chamber of Commerce presents the 2019 Talbot Chamber Cup Golf Tournament, benefiting BAAM: Building African American Minds, a program that recognizes and address socio-economic barriers that inhibit young African-American males from learning effectively, and provides academic enrichment in a safe, caring and structured environment, allowing them to their achieving their highest potential.
