Please note: This month’s meeting has been moved back one week to accommodate the Waterfowl Festival.

Join us for our November TYP Steering Committee Meeting as we focus on Toys for Tots planning and updates!

We’ll review the campaign’s progress, finalize logistics for the holiday parade, and coordinate volunteer needs and collection efforts. We’ll also touch on:

  • Upcoming drop-off site promotions and sponsor recognition

  • Social media and marketing plans to boost toy donations

  • Holiday Luncheon details and ways the YPs can be involved

  • Volunteer opportunities and community engagement
