MCE has money to lend! Since 1998, Maryland Capital Enterprises, a private nonprofit, has worked to build our community by providing counseling, business plans, and financing assistance to more than 100 entrepreneurs per year to start, expand, or purchase an existing businesses. MCE wants to help make your business dreams become a reality!
