Event Description If you are a loved one of someone with a substance use disorder, you may be angry, frightened, or frustrated. Maryland Coalition of Family's Family Peer Support Specialists have been where you stand, as a loved one or caregiver to someone with a substance use disorder. We want to help. This event will provide information on: • How Family Peer Support Works • Symptoms and Treatment of Substance Use Disorders • Good Samaritan’s Law • Stages of Change • Harm Reduction • Local Resources • Narcan Training • Free one-on-one consultations
