September 17, 2026, 5:30pm – Constitution Day with Judge Davis The Oxford Community Center is pleased to present our 2nd Annual program to celebrate Constitution and Citizenship Day, the federally designated day that celebrates the signing of the Constitution in 1787. The program will address the meaning of the Rule of Law and its relationship to the Constitution. The speaker is the Honorable Andre Davis, the former City Solicitor for Baltimore and a former federal judge serving on both the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the United States District Court for Maryland.
