Event Description Join Eastern Shore Land Conservancy in celebrating our 35^th anniversary at our third annual LandJam! This year, our family-friendly afternoon of live music and local eats will be held at the wonderful Councell Farms during their opening weekend! Come enjoy live music from the 599s and Coastal Plain, great food from Taqueria Floritas, yard games, and the many fall attractions at Councell Farms (a corn maze, jumping pillow, combine slide, pumpkins, and more) plus opportunities to learn more about ESLC’s 35 years of conserving, stewarding, and advocating for the unique rural landscape of the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
